I want to thank PSA for taking care of my damaged item as promised. Although I was pissed when I received the incorrect replacement, PSA came through and got it corrected. They also provided a pre-paid return label to ship back the incorrect part. I'm a fussy customer(usually a PITA) but I appreciate the effort by CS as it definitely influences me to remain a loyal customer. |
