i like the mi, and the troy, but if i were to be in your shoes, although it is slightly different from those id proably buy a SQR in that length. I held one the other week at PSA on a rifle and really liked it. http://palmettostatearmory.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/k/p/kpc_0590.jpg Quoted:

Thanks PSA indeed!
PSA is my psychic friend @_@. On Tuesday I left work early so I did not get snowed in and get stuck. Wanted to order just a rifle length buffer tube. Not a very hard to come by part and PSA does not sell them by themselves (unless I suck at internet and failed to find one). Went to PSA website (now my first choice in AR parts sellers) and what did I see? ZOMG 525 count Federal .22lr bricks. I did a double take and purchased a brick. I hit the order button after entering my CC info with the thought that I was going to get an email a day later saying sorry we are out of stock and cannot complete your order. Nope; I got a UPS shipping notification email today. I have been looking for a reasonably priced brick for a while and got an AR-7 for Christmas. I have plenty of .22lr, but all of it is >7 years old from pre-panic days when I would buy a brick for $25, go to the range, and toss what I did not use into ziplock bags or give it away to friends. Thanks PSA for selling American made semi-automatic cycling ammo .22lr bricks at very reasonable prices! $57 for 525rds shipped is perfect. They could have easily sold it at gun shows for a lot more and pulled a **** (not going to mention the website because they are another site sponsor). |
