| I just wanted to let everyone know what great customer service PSA has. On my most recent order, I developed an issue that PSA did not have to help me with, as they did nothing wrong, but I wanted to see if they would help. If they did decide to fix my issue, it would involve a (relatively) small financial loss for them to absorb. I called customer service, and explained everything to them. After checking my order history and checking to see that what I was telling them was kosher, they handled the issue right there. Great customer service, and you've got a paying customer for life. Thanks Palmetto State Armory, and I will recommend them to everyone I work with in my personal life, as well as my professional position as an LE armorer and firearms instructor right here in the Palmetto State. |
