My upper just arrived today after 6 months of waiting. It's built on a Double Star lower. Lots of work to be done, but it's a start!

I've been working on mine a bit... I'd love to mount a light and an aimpoint on it, but I should shoot this as it is for a while before I start complicating things. Thanks for all your advice and help!

I just put a light and mount on my rod. The mount is the Viking Tactics mount, and the light is by Malkoff Devices. Compared to my Surefire 6P (LED), the Malkoff is noticeably brighter, and the default tailcap is very suited to weaponlight use. I haven't shot it like crazy to test the durability of the light, but I have no fear that it will break, it's built like a tank. Enjoy the pics:

CMMG .22 adapter, Bushy 1x9 M4gery, Facog....First time out with it, worked perfectly. Shot about 500 rounds.........and we could fit 6 mags in the Chinese chest rig......  The card got washed out, we were shooting at .....  Our targets.....I didn't get a shot of the toy soldiers we were sniping.....  |

A few of my CMMG 14.5 middy on a Superior Arms lower...
(With standard handguard on it)

The Millet DMS will eventually go on the CMMG upper I'm building now, and probably be in a Larue SPR mount. By the way, does anyone have any pics of the CMMG K7 or K9 4 rail handguard mounted on an upper? I've found pics of just the guard, but none of it mounted. |

CMMG 9mm, it's one of the 4150 chrome lined barrel ones offered years ago, had this rifle for a couple years and it is currently being reconfigured.
CMMG 14.5" lightweight A1 upper, I do wish they still made this barrel  , cause I'd have another. Great shooting upper.

Think I'm done with my patrol rifle until the stamp gets back. Now I'm debating whether I should stick with the 11.5" 5.56 plan, or go with a 10.5" 9mm. I'll decide that later. For now: CMMG M4LE Magpul MOE grip, trigger guard, and handguards PMags with ranger plates Vltor EMod stock 3 Gun Stuff sling loop stock plate thingy LaRue LT-103 BUIS Aimpoint Comp C3 in a LaRue LT-150 CMMG .22 kit Target from last week. 25 rounds at 25 yards, standing unsupported. 8 ring and in counts, so this is good enough to qualify:  |
