Thinking about ordering a Shooters Belt + a few KYWI Mag Holders. Question on the Pistol Mag holders

Do I really want the more expensive pistol mag holder with the "Earth Magnet" or without? The non magnet ones are 21.50 vs the magnet ones at 37.50 per mag holder. I don't mind paying the extra, if its really worth it. All the pics I've seen of folks posting their gear, I don't think any showed the magnet ones. This setup not for any really serious Pro level comps. We have some land we shoot on and set up our own little comps, also I shoot a lot of small comps at my local gun club. None of the matches are connected or affiliated with any the bigger shooting orgs, just a bunch of good folks having good times at the range. I want good retention, fast draw and the ability to re-holster a (spent or loaded) mag, one handed. Thinking about maybe ordering the belt and one of each pistol mag holder for testing, then order several more of which ever I prefer. |

It is strong enough to hold a glock mag which I like when doing drills. |

I use the magnet on an angled pouch to the left of the buckle. I really like it. Will hold a pistol. The magnet pouches are fairly new, that is likely why you haven't seen many of them. Only been available for about a year or less. Attached File Attached File Attached File |

Per Arfcom standard Edict, "Get Both", I ordered one of each to try them out, then several of which ever one I decide on. Moneys been a bit tight as of late, will have to wait a bit on the belt. |
