Just got this rifle and want to get the barrel threaded and a brake installed so I can put my can on it. It's the 20" hunter model with the carbon fiber free float tube and my local gunsmith doesn't want to do it, some kind of problem about not having the correct wrench to take the barrel & free float tube off.
Do you thread the barrels on these rifles? Thanks for your help.
