I guess you guys actually listened!

The new "Sold Out" feature looks great and saves a bunch of time. Great Job!

I like it too.  The only comment I would make would be to make the Sold Out part a little smaller so the item can still be seen (maybe move it to the top of the thumbnail pic?).   My .02 cents.

I agree. But I do like the fact than you can see if it's not in stock before clicking on it

Changing that might be a pain in the ass though, but I see what you mean.

I'm assuming they have two versions of each picture, one is the standard picture, the other has the "OOS stamp" photoshopped onto the picture. And the website has a simple if-else statement deciding which picture to display.

With a lot of items on the page, being able to see what the pic is works better to see what you may want to click on for a notification when scanning down the page.  I've been told that us guys are more "visual", so being able to see things would probably work better for many of us.  For the site, it's all in the programming, and up to Aim to do as they please or can afford to do.  I've been pleased with most of the upgrades they've done over the last few years, but as someone who works with a lot of different software at work, many of them can be tweaked a bit to make things more user friendly, etc.

This is a great feature - now I won't have to spend as much time clicking on an item, saying, "Crap, they're out!" and clicking back
