Is there any way to get tracking numbers, on orders shipped to our FFL's. Twice now, on two different orders Ive had my FFL tell me, my FFL item isnt there, come to find out it was after calling you guys. So, is there a way to track the shipment, so I can say, well according to UPS your wrong. |

Can you get the tracking number? No, not until it's been delivered. However, if you call us we'll be happy to track it for you and give you the delivery date. Why's that when I get tracking #'s for all non FFL items? Nor do I get tracking #s of FFL items after they have been delivered. I don't mind calling, but I figured it'd be easier for you guys, and, well, myself, if the tracking # was on our orders page. |

Our local ATF office a few years ago said they had some issues with customers getting the tracking number, intercepting the guns at the hub, and taking them home (since UPS doesn't know what's in the boxes).
ETA: You're not emailed the tracking number once it's been delivered, but we can provide it to you if, for example, you want to print up a copy and bring to your FFL to show that they did, in fact, receive it. |

I think that not getting a tracking number is kind of fun. I was so excited because I was expecting my M44 but I was just waiting for the FFL to call. Then that was surprise for me not knowing when it will arrive but also knowing its on the way is kind of an excitement moment especially the rifles. |

People still go by what the ATF says?
But, that makes sense thanks for the help. |
