| I received a shipping notice and in the email it provides a link to track packages. OK, so I click on it and it routes me to my account at Del-ton's website. I enter my account and click on The view orders/track packages button. However, that only seems to have the capability to view orders. I was expecting something like a UPS tracking number. Did I miss something or does Del-ton not actually provide tracking numbers? |
| when I reecieved my email that it was shipped it took a day for there website to update with the tracking number. When you click on view orders/track packages click on the tab to the right of the order to pull the complete order up. There you will see your tracking number in the top left of order. Hope that helped some. |
Thanks for the replies, but I guess Del-ton fumbled the tracking number on this one...tomorrow will be day 5. This is a lower going to an FFL and it would be very nice to be able to track the package (which may already be there) so I can see when (if) it gets there and who signed for it. I guess I will start making phone calls"....is it in yet?"..."is it in yet?"..."how about now?"

FYI for anyone in the same boat. Del-ton informed me that they don't provide tracking info on lowers for security reasons. Makes sense, but kind of sucks because my FFL claims it didn't recieve it and it's been a week now. The guy I keep talking to must be too lazy to physically look to see if it's in. Wonder if Del-Ton would give me the serial number of the lower they shipped me? |
