Can you explain a little more about what you're talking about?  Are you actually shooting two bullets?  Or do you hear two clicks when dry firing?  Have you tried doing a function check?  Clear the gun, pull the charging handle, dry fire the gun, let go of the trigger - the trigger should not reset.  Pull the charging handle, pull the trigger and keep it held, pull the charging handle and release it, and now release the trigger, you should hear one click as the trigger resets.  If you hear more than one click when either pulling or releasing the trigger, something weird is going on.  Possibly an overmachined part not catching?

Sorry if you know all of the above.

I think you might have either incorrectly assembled the spring, or your one of your parts isn't catching/disconnecting appropriately possibly due to a defect.  I'm by no means and expert on ARs.  But I'd double check your assembly first, and inspect all the parts in the process.  Do some checking with the action open as well, and pretend your hand is the bolt reciprocating and see if you can get something to shake loose while you're holding the trigger.
