I ordered an M16 Bolt from Palmetto. I checked my order status and it says it was delivered Monday 01-06-14. "Left at the front door". I was home that day and nothing arrived. I have made over a dozen orders just last year and never had a problem. I live in a very good neighborhood (I have a police car parked in my drive way).

All my efforts to contact PSA have been fruitless. Been on hold and their voice mailbox is always full.

My efforts with UPS have been fruitless also.

I ended up disputing the credit card charge this morning.

Any advice?

I prefer to talk to a person.  Expect to wait thirty minutes or so.   Maybe it will be less if you call when they open.

Or send an IM however that is done here.

Thanks. I hate being on hold for hours. But....

I decided to wander the neighborhood to look for my package. Dumb ass UPS delivered my package to the only vacant house on my street. It's been sitting there since Monday. I have since un-disputed the charge. It was not PSA's fault.

Now I just wish the bolt was MPI as it was advertised....

disputing with psa takes the recourse out of it. if it says its delivered you should contact UPS, and file that way.

30-35 minutes is not hours.  It seems like it but as long as you can put the phone on speaker phone mode and do other stuff (maybe Candy Crush), it is not a life-threatening scenario.

glad its done and over with.

glad you got it.

for future reference if it shows delivered its not a PSA issue, Its a UPS issue. (or whomever the delivery company is )

PSA is the shipper and chose UPS as the carrier. If your package from PSA doesn't show up due to UPS's problem, you still have to call PSA to get it resolved. You have no recourse with UPS.

At least the package was found.
