[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Upper Damaged In Shipping

I just received my Spec Ops upper and it was damaged in shipping. The FSB bashed it's way through the cardboard, resulting in the ears being damaged. The damage appears to only be cosmetic, but still. Anyway, to the guys at AIM, what are my options for recourse here?
