Just looking at buying one and figured id ask people that have actual psa uppers which one they recomend.  
Im also looking at getting a multi tool any recomends on that. Id like to get one that can deal with as many things as possible.

Regarding the vise block, I would recommend the clam shell type that clamps around the upper rather than the one that pins through the pivot pin/take down holes.  Especially when removing/installing barrels.

I would recommend the opposite.  Clam shells aren't compatible with all types of uppers and handguards without modification, and the DPMS panther claw is absolutely adequate for (quite literally) hundreds of barrel installs.

any paticular brand in both styles that stand out.  Im only gonna have this one ar at least for awhile took for ever to save the cash for this one.  Thats why i was hopeing to find someone that has a psa upper that could point me to one that works good with psa.  my upper is the PSA 16'' 5.56 NATO Hammer Forged Upper with TRX Rail

Midway has the DPMS panther claw on sale right now for 35.99. Cannot beat that price anywhere else for a block that will last for hundreds of builds.
