First thing's first...I've tried to contact you via phone and e-mail for 2 weeks with no luck. I just sent another email a few minutes ago detailing the issues I'm having, but I'll post here in case you don't see that email again.
Anyways, I've been trying to order your 16" mid-length barrel assembly. I removed the BC, added a yhm ff, a yhm spectre gas block, added a standard t handle, chose the 1/9 heavy barrel and the t-marked flat upper. Total price before shipping came out to $430. I also threw one of the yhm end-caps in my shopping cart as well, which I believe is around $16 before shipping. Your website keeps declining my card, even though my card is good as well as the account it's attached to. I verified my information several times, still no luck. What's the deal? I can't order any other way since contacting you by phone/email is impossible, and I also believe anything other than a net order will void my chance at an arfcom discount. I would also like to know if what I want is even in stock, and what kind of time I'm looking at between the order and when it arrives at my door. Please contact me here or at the e-mail I mailed you from as soon as possible. Unfortunately I can only wait maybe another week before I'm forced to take my money/business elsewhere. Thanks. ETA: Would I be able to upgrade the mid-length yhm ff to a rifle-length yhm ff? If so, is that free or would it cost me(how much more)? I would also like to know if the tech or whatever could throw on the end-cap before shipping, takes only a second or two... |

After digging through one of the stickied threads, I noticed you said in a random post that you're out of 16" heavy barrels...something that you might want to make known on your webpage, it definitely would have been convenient to know before I spent all that time trying to contact you and trying to put my order through on the site numerous times.
Due to extended wait on orders, at least one of my options being out of stock(no telling what else unless you guys make it known on your site), and because it's virtually impossible to speak with any of you via email or phone...I was forced to spend my money elsewhere. Thanks anyways. |
