| Long story short, I bought an older, used Vortex tripod on Ebay. It came without the mounting plate that was originally with it. I tried to find one online and it was discontinued/unavailable everywhere. I saw the chat button on the Vortex website and hit it to ask if they knew where I might find one. A quick chat and they said they still had one, two days later it's at my house, free of charge, along with a free hat. Thanks again Vortex. |
