Hi, The StrikeFire is made in China, although we designed it here in the USA, it is serviced and warranted here in the USA as well (lifetime warranty). The dot is 4moa. We have dealers all over the country. There are a couple different ways you can buy it. First go to our website: http://www.vortexoptics.com/ You can either use the dealer locator to find a dealer near you, then call to make sure they have it in stock, or if you go directly to the StrikeFire product page on the website you can buy it right off of our website.
