I've been looking for a red dot sight for AR15A4, and narrowed my choices down to the Vortex Strikefire, a Primary Arms M3 clone, or the Lucid HD7. I have the money and the desire, but finding something - anything - in stock right now is nearly impossible!
Googling around toady I stumbled on the Cabelas e-commerce site, and they currently have the Strikefire Red/Green dot version, in both the low (Hunt) mount and the high (AR) mount, for $149.99 on sale. I was really lusting after the red-dot-only version, but the fact that the sight was actually available, as well as the excellent price, carried the day. I keep having to go back and look at the invoice to make sure I wasn't dreaming! I bought my son one of these several years ago, and I think that's the price I paid way back then! |
