The honest answer is, that it is unlikely that we sell them separately. The reason being is that the Super 42 buffer spring combo has slightly different specs than a Mil-Spec buffer/buffer spring. The braided buffer spring has a slightly tighter inside diameter and requires a custom buffer that has a slightly smaller outer diameter. Since it is not Mil-Spec it costs slightly more to produce and therefore does not benefit from the same economy-of-scale that a mil-spec buffer does. This means it would not be as cost-effective for those not using the Super42 spring system. We balance this by providing tungsten weights on our website for those that want to change their buffer weight without having to purchase a new one. Simply drive out the roll pin and you can swap an H1 to an H2 or H3. |
