1. Mid-length barrel with shaved bayo lug & muzzle brake - standard lower.
2. Same as above but w/turned barrel.

This is amazing as I was wondering the exact same thing today, but in pre-ban style. (Not that it would make much of a difference...)

Hmmm... I'm going to take a guess that turning a mid-length takes off about 10 oz. Am I close?

I dont that good of a scale but it looks like
standard 3lbs. 2 oz.
contoured 2lbs. 4oz.
