Have you guys received any calls about lowers being tight as hell? I picked up two stripped lowers from a dealer with consecutive numbers and two PSA build kits. The first lower I built was almost like it was out of spec a bit. It took a whole lot to bang in the pins and the trigger group holes almost didnt line up when everything went in. The second lower went together perfect.

Just wondering if anyone else has had that issue?

I have two consecutive PSA lowers - Currently only have one upper.
I tested the upper with the first lower, pins are nice and tight but can easily be pushed out with a finger.
The second lower, the forward pin was impossible to push out and in - I had to use a rubber mallet and a punch to get it in and out.

I assumed the 2nd lower was out of spec - decided I'd live with it.
Three months later I thought to myself, why not swap the pins out with the first lower?
That fixed my issue - my pivot pin was out of spec.
Ordered a new one, problem solved.

The LPK was from PSA also.
I'm sure they would have replaced my pivot pin right away if I contacted them.
I decided that since it's been a few months, and I need ammo -
I just ordered the pin replacement kit from them with my ammo order.

All that being said.
It might not actually be the lower that's out of spec.
It might be the parts kit as it was with mine.
Or it might be the lower.

What is the "spec" measurement for the pin holes?  Many people lately have been confusing "Spec" and fit.  Before saying something is "out of spec" first, learn what the spec is( and the tolerances ) then measure.  Easy speasy.   Just because I can't fit a limo in my garage doesnt mean my garage is out of spec.

I have built or assisted in building 7 ARs, all PSA LBKs, 5 PSA lowers and two spikes.  Out of the 14 pins 11 have felt correct, one is tight and two others are so tight it takes a tool to move them.

It is if it was built for a limo.
