I went down to one of the local tactical store that sells a couple Magpul items to pick up my ASAP. I knew exactly where they were on the wall from previous recon haha. I asked the guy down the counter what the price was on them and he gave me a puzzled look then his buddy said oh you mean the hasp I said yeah the A.S.A.P. Well I got it home and pulled my old buffer tube off then went to put my ASAP on. I noticed the two aluminum keys in a little bag I figured they were for mil-spec or commercial then a glance over the instructions confirmed it. So no problem except that I had 2 commercial keys and a mil-spec buffer tube. I quick file job and a drop of super glue to hold it in place and I have my second favorite accessory next to my BAD.

And for just under $30 its the only way to go. The only thing I can see might bug me is the rattle when my sling isn't hooked up, but well find out tomorrow.

One question for the Magpul guys off subject, I keep all my Magpul baggies with any extra parts or wrenches ect in my stock boxes. Well my latest CTR stock was about half the size of my last one. How come there were different size boxes for the same stock? No biggie just made me wonder.

Perhaps I can help, with regards to the size of the box, Magpul listened to their retailers and started shipping stocks in boxes that would be best suited for USPS Priority mail etc. A box that was twice the size of the stock made for an attractive graphic but cost alot to ship.-Rich
