QRF BFH Mk2 upper. QRF 12 and what appears to be a 14.5, but it’s on a pistol lower. LPK is BCM aside from a swapped G$ Maritime catch. It has a brand new non BCM charging handle, and they also took the muzzle device and left a crusty A2 with a brand new nitride crush washer. The angled grip fell off on its own.  I paid $600 for it. Guessing 1,000-2,000 rounds through it. Attached File Is this a lower and upper slapped together or were any ever offered like this? |

You have a pistol if the barrel is not over 16 in. You could pin & weld to make the 16 in + Once the barrel is over 16 in you can change to a different buffer tube and add a stock and make it a rifle. You could put a brace on as is …..but surely someone somewhere is sewing that loophole shut or trying to. Great lower to put a 10.5 upper from PSA on. Most 14.5 go one of two ways 1. Pin & Weld to get to 16+ 2. SBR w/ tax Stamp This is the odd duck because it’s a very long pistol. |

Just wondering if they ever offered a weird configuration like this or if the guy just bought the upper and lower separately. |

MLOK and Keymod simply do to have the ease of attachment that King Quad offers. The obvious answer would be to get a second upper in MCMR flavor.... probably in a new color to spice things up!! I've been kicking around a bunch of different weapon configurations, and I think the important part is to remember the end of the rail leverages against us. One pound at arms length versus one pound in close to the body might weigh the same, but the feel is very different. Its one of the reasons why I can't figure people who obsess over stock weights, then stick a large light, buis, laser, and anything else as far away as possible. Those sets up make sense for guys who clear buildings all the time (mine is loaded that way, so I'm not throwing stones), but for dudes who just visit the range every once in awhile, it is counter productive in the weight department. Just my 2 cents, and certainly not saying you are one of the fatty carbine boy bands. |

I keep threatening to get a QRF, i just love the look, toughness, and ease of accessories. But I end up going back to weight savings time and time again, especially since I do NV stuff so I do have a couple guns with lasers/illum. But...still want. And Stickman's photos over the years are partially to blame! |
