I just got my first LT, 16.5 stealth upper with LT lower - bought this to tide me over while waiting for the rifles I ordered to arrive - it has been a long two weeks.

I'm wanting to get some good optics for 100-200 yard range... I know this has probably been beat to death somewhere else, and definitely open to opinion, but any thoughts/suggestions are appreciated.

I was leaning towards trijicon ACOG 3.5x35 or 4x32 versus leupold mark 4 2.5-8x36...

thanks in advance

Either of those would be good choices for your intended use.

Whichever one you think would fit you best is the one I would choose.

I really like my Trijicon Accupoint TR24R in an LT 104 mount......

Its a pretty decent $$ investment, I would say go to all the stores in your area and look through all the glass you can. I have an ACOG and love it, a T1, Leupold 1-4, you might like the features of one more than another.

Thanks for the response - problem is that no stores in my area carry such high end scopes... I may just have to pick one - I doubt I can go wrong with either of them.

Thanks again for the feedback.

All depends on what you want to use the weapon for....
Target shooting out to 300 yards, use the Mk 4
Self defense/hunting out to 300 yards, heck a Leupold 1x by 4x Varex 2 will work fine for that..
Purely self defense: Use either an Aimpoint with a magnifier or an EoTech with a magnifier.... ( FTS mounts for the magnifier)...

If you are rich, use the Leupold Mk4 or a Mk 6 variant (2x12?) with a T-1 on a 45* angle mount
