They can't send certain things to CT just like they can't send certain parts to CA.... If you have a friend who lives in a free state, have them ship the parts to them, then pay your friend a visit......  Now I wouldn't do that because it would be illegal for me to import those parts into CA...... But make your own decision on that.....

if i have an AR that is built WITHOUT a gas tube and has the gas ports welded shut, it is a bolt action rifle.

none of these parts would be capable of converting it into a CT defined assault weapons.

also,  if i already have a pre 4/4 AR, it is already a CT defined Assault Weapon.  Cannot make is Assaultier.

also, LEO/MIL/ and even the secretaries and janitors at DESPP are exempted.
PSA is seemingly more concerned with CYA than anything else.

...even though the language regarding parts has not changed.

they can DEF send "certain things" to CT ... it is on the citizen of CT to be compliant with the law, not the retailer/vendor/manufacturer.

Then citizen attempts to sue PSA.  It's the way the system works. Manufacturers have to take a CYA approach.  Just accept it as such and keep it rolling.

I have no affiliation with PSA, just a customer from the sometimes great Palmetto State.

So you're saying you'd be there with your wallet to support PSA when the mouth-breathing law suits begin? I'd bet not.

None of your belly-aching fucks give a shit about anyone but yourselves. PSA has a business to run and all of its employees to worry about. CT forced PSA's hand and, as they should, they chose the cautious route. Get over it.
