Just got this Po Boy Special off of the EE and mounted it on my gun... is it supposed to be lower than the centerline of the M4s? Or did I read the title of the ad incorrectly and pick up a Po Boy Special that's for EOTech height?

That looks like our short pivot mount. Its about .25" lower than your tall M4 mount.

Gah! Thanks for the info. Would this work with an EOTech mounted on the flat top w/o a riser?

you could probably put the original mount on the Aimpoint CompM4s back on to get everything looking right, but I'd not worry about it.

I had the opposite setup for a while, I had the Aimpoint CompM4 with the stock mount, and had the Larue LT-649 Po Boy set up and the Po Boy sat a tiny bit above the Aimpoint (same amount as you have, just the otherway)

I had no problems with it at all, at the range you couldn't tell they didn't align perfectly, so it was a non-issue except when you were oooh-ing and aahhh-ing the gun from the side.
I finally bought Larue's CompM4 mount a few months later.

use it til you find someone that has the Aimpoint one and needs the Eotech one and trade him.
