Not sure how we did not respond for a couple of months. Maybe SPAM not sure  but Brother you should have called and not suffered.  Call us ASAP Monday morning.  Press 1 and talk with Jaimie who will get you out a RMA.

Just a LITTLE bit of research on TNVC will show years worth of stellar customer service.  For crying out loud folks, it you fire off a question, concern or complaint to TNVC and don't receive an (almost) immediate response assume there is a break in comms and try a different channel!!  First, there is no reason for you to go unanswered and Secondly, it is ridiculous for your lack of critical thinking to tarnish TNVCs rep. Copy? Good.
