Do you know if your .030 taller front sight post will fix this?
A friend of mine put a Brownells flip up front sight on his Armalite AR. In order to zero it at 100 yards we had to turn the front site post almost all the way out. Are the Armalite gas blocks shorter the normal? The rear site is the Browells 360 series flip up. The only way I can think of fixing it is to get an extended front site post. DPMS makes one that is .30in taller.
