I received an email on a product return stating I would not be charged the "restocking" fee. But was charged it anyway.
Just talked to a great guy on the phone, who was nothing but helpful. Said he would take care of it today. The returned item was my 4th order with SWFA over the years, I can say now there will be a fifth. Thanks SWFA. |

I edited my OP because I see SWFA has not logged on since before Thanksgiving. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that the long Thanksgiving weekend is perhaps why they have not responded. |
