The CMMG metal loader that I got with my M4LEP22 is tearing up the ears on my mags.

The only alternatives I have seen is this plastic one, but the only review is complaining of breakage.

Anyone seen any other options?

Those are the only two I've seen.

Personally, I dont use one... I can load up my 10 round mags in ~20-30 seconds each by using the method CMMG recommends: "CMMG recommends loading the magazine by pushing down with the round just in front of the feed lips and the rotating the round down and to the rear. Loading the magazine in this manner will help recent wear and tear on the magazines feed lips."

Yeah the first 10 are not bad on the 26 round mags, but after that it will eat up your thumb...

I may check out the plastic one.  What's another $10.00

The Christie loader is also warranted against breakage - don't ask me why I know
