hey steve, got my 18 inch varmint eop about 1.5 months ago for shooting sage rats , i love it , it shoots damn good. theres is one problem though, it wont chamber certain bullets anything sierra,hornady soft points.weve tried setting them from2.26 domn to2.25, all of these loads work in other rra,s, bushies, and mini 14,s with no problems. help!!!! |

No reason that I can think of for why they wouldn't chamber. Is the soft point being damaged when coming off the magazine, or as it is ramping into the chamber? Just to satisfy my curiosity, it is a factory gun with the ramps extended into the receiver? Best bet would be to get a return authorization from our sales dept (309-792-5780) to get the upper back to us so we can take a look. Make sure to specify what it won't work with. Thanks. Steve/RRA |
