Could you please tell me what your H, H2, and H3, buffer weights are, and do you manufacture them yourselves?
I sent you an email, but I figured it would be nice to have it in the database here for future searchers. Thanks. God bless, David |

Contract made to our specifications. I don't remember weight offhand, but there is a difference. If you have the time, could you please post the individual weights for the different buffers? Thanks. God bless, David P.S. It'd be nice if you had it on your website, too. If your buffers are made to custom specs/weights, it would be nice to know what those weights were. There doesn't seem to be a standardized set of weights between the different manufactures. |

Just to be clear the BCM heavy buffers are not a custom spec. They are the USGI Mil-Spec. (using the heavier tungsten in place of the steel weights).
The other common varient in the commercial market is using a carbide type weight instead. The carbide is a bit lighter than it should be, but costs much less. That is what makes it popular as a comercial substitute. |

Why is it so difficult to get this information? I know it's only a trifling amount of money compared to the amount of product you’re probably busy moving right now, but would you prefer I spend my pittance somewhere else? Thanks. God Bless, David A 2 minute search of the Internet should get you the information that you are looking for. Most buffers are made to a fairly standard weight. |

Most buffers are made to a fairly standard weight. Not standard. It could be a difference of half an ounce more or less. Not a big deal, but I'm interested in what Bravo Company's buffers weigh. Unfortunately, they don't care to answer their phone, return my email, or post here what those weights are.

Well, I went and purchased buffers from Bravo Company in spite of their unwillingness to answer my question on the different weights.
I ordered an H, H2, and H3. Ordering on their website was easy and shipping was almost immediate. I was very well pleased with the transaction. I measured the buffers on the digital scale at the post office, which is about as accurate as you can get. The weights are as follows: H = 3.8oz H2 = 4.7oz H3 = 5.5oz I'm currently using the H2 buffer in one AR that has a JP Tactical bolt carrier (8.5oz) and I've had no problems at all. I'm using the H3 buffer in another AR with a dedicated 9mm upper and it's been functioning fine as well. I'm hesitant to do business with companies that don't answer their phones and don't return emails, but the buffers were not much money and the overall experience was good. I'd like to believe that when this buying craze dies down Bravo Company would be more available/accessible to their customers. God Bless, David |
