Hello, i'm on the fence about ordering the full size or compact PA weaponlights. Hoping to get some pictures of the compact mounted and some feedback on them...also a picture of the beam on a wall or something would greatly appreciated.

Here is a size comparison. You can remove a section of the large light to make it a two cell. I will take some spot photos also but the choice really comes down to the distance you want to cover.

I am also interested in your lights.  I gather that the larger light comes with a rail mount as pictured and the smaller version does not?

Correct. The smaller light will use any 1" mount.
