i placed an order on 11/20/13 order #100507339. it was for the hornady 6000 count 55gr fmj-bt. when i recieved the package yesterday 12/2/13 it was dinged up just like the last two i got last week from PSA. when i opened the box up it was less than half full. there were bullets on top of the flaps of the box, there was little holes in the flaps were the bullets had been push thur and ripped the box. they looked like they have been going out of the seams. i totally believe they were all in the box at PSA but the box got damaged during shipping. i dont understand why PSA did not tape all of the seams of the box and double box it. they shipped in the factory hornady box. in the past two weeks ive made 4 significant pushases and planned to do alot more business. hopefully Palmetto State Armory will take care of me and not brush me under the carpet. has anyone else run into a similar problem from PSA?

Sounds like a UPS problem not PSA.  My personal experiences with PSA's boxes have been over-packaged/secured.  I've received busted ammo boxes from other retailers but it was never damaged to the point of being unusable.  Did you plan of reselling?

i ordered 6000 bullets only recieved 2265 in the box so im missing 3735 bullets that are rolling around on the floor at UPS. if PSA would double box and fully taped the seams of my order we wouldnt have this problem. yes i did call them this morning and spoke with a young lady and she said they need to file a report with UPS to go any further. she also said  if i was short up to 1000 bullet they could of just sent the difference no problem but since the quanity is so great they couldnt do anything until UPS got back to them. PSA also only insures the packages they ship up to $100. im missing 3735 bullets at $0.09 is $336.15 plus the $39.99 that i paid for shipping.

I'm sure between UPS and PSA, you will be taken care of.

Instead of waiting to see how things played out, you sign up to arfcom, and make your first post bitching about PSA?  It hasn't even been a day since you talked to them.

Don't worry, I'm sure PSA will do their magic disappearing act on this thread too.

I'm not bitching about PSA. I said in my first post I hope they are able to take care of me. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Me too. I'm in the process of sending an email about the same type of problem. Ordered two of their enhanced lower build kits, three signatures on the outside saying that the ordered was checked. I open the box up and only one kit was in there . Second order from PSA in two months that had happened to me. I love their stuff, not bashing them and I will continue to buy from them do to the quality and good price but someone needs to visually check inside the box before shipping.

Sounds like bitching to me, really should have talked to customer service before posting here. I've had issues with PSA before but have always tried to address the issues with them before making any posts here.

Welcome to the site by the way.

I agree I guess I should have spelled it out real simple like. He really should have waited for some sort of "resolution" before taking it public. And then if he was unhappy he could have voiced his opinion, I believe everyone deserves a chance to make it right before being thrown under the bus.

Exactly.  Give them time to fix the problem.  I ordered some items yesterday and they are not here yet.  I am going to give them one more day before I complain.

For all of you that have drank too much psa flavor kool aid. I know the damage to the package occur in shipping and not by psa but it might of been prevented if it was packaged differently. I fully intend to give psa time to correct the situation and take care of the problem. They are a great company and a great change to the industry.
