Dillo Dust is considered a food item thus would be subject to FDA licensing, requirements and inspections if sold.
By using it as a gift/freebie it circumvents the regs.
However, I wish they would consider a Dillo Dust donation jar...

Can't they just market it as a weight gainer supplement and not be regulated by the FDA? Supplements are unregulated.
"Dilo Dust weight gainer. It's so good you will cook random shit just to dust it with dilo dust."

or have a "donate" feature with every purchase. Buy a hat, donate, get dillo dust.

Mark should go public and include a case of Dillo Dust with the purchase of a stake (pun intended) in his company.

I found out this weekend that dillo dust is also great on turkey. Keep that in mind this holiday season.

I saw my bottle for all of five seconds and then my wife took it.
It's all for the best since I can't cook at all, but I at least wanted to read the bottle.
