What exactly does this entry mean on the status page?

My understanding is that it means the suppressor was shipped to your local dealer.

That is correct. It means that the silencer has been sent to the FFL.

I don't know if mine is typical, but hopefully this will give you an idea:

Purchase online: 02-24-2016
Form 3 disposed: 04-21-2016
Form 4 mailed: 04-01-2016
Approved: 11-19-2016
Stamp received at dealer: 12-02-2016

I would expect times between F4 submitted and approval to increase for purchases approaching July, 2016, due to the dramatic increase in volume.

Depends on how long the form 4's are taking. Right now they are about 7-8 months for the check chased date.
