Nowhere in the description did it talk about missing straps or belt. I called and talked to customer service and they essentially said SOL. I was debating about sending it back, but didn't want to pay for shipping. I guess I will hit up e-bay for some straps and a belt. |

Right now, as they are being surplused, eGay is slam full of spares. All it would have taken in the description is "shoulder straps and belt not included". Then people would not be disappointed with what they receive. As it is written, it appears you are getting a complete pack. |
