I am looking at the psa 16" mid-length 5.56 1/7 premium upper sku: 28087
First ? is the barrel chf and second ? in the picture it looks like the barrel contour steps down some between the sight base and the flash hider, just would to confirm this before ordering. This upper looks like one that I have and would like another like it. Thanks, Bryan |

I believe it does under the hand guard. With Free Shipping both of those are a great deal. I would opt for the CHF Upper. |
