I'm very confused and concerned about what I found today when I went to log on to my account at Brownell's.  I placed a back order on 1/3/13.  I thought I would go log on just to see if there was anything new and because I was bored.  When I went to log on it said my username and/or password were invalid.  I then entered my email address to say I had forgot my user name.  I received a message that my email was not in their system.  Now I have a copy of the email they send me on 1/3/13 confirming my order, with an order # and telling me my order was on back order.  I have tried to call several times and of course get a busy signal.  If my email doesn't exist anymore and I'm told my user name is available if I want to start a new account.  Do they even have my back order still ordered?  Please let me know what is going on.  I can provide an order # if that helps.

Update:  finally got through on phone.  Yes, I was deleted but no my order wasn't. I was told the magazines are starting to come in.  I placed my order for 2 30 rd pmags on 1/3/13 and was told I would probably get them around the end of February...crossing my fingers there's no ban before then

Same thing happened to me. My entire account just went away. When I called the lady told me to just make a new account, but I wouldn't be able to see my order status online. She did confirm my orders are still valid.
