I ordered a classic M4 stock kit (stock, buffer tube, buffer and spring, castle nut, latch plate) and a lower build kit which includes the stock kit and an LPK. Everything arrived rather quickly but I was missing one castle nut and one latch plate. I called and customer service and got right through without having to be on hold. The customer service rep was very polite and without any kind of hassle she told me the parts would be on their way.
I was irritated by my usual supplier so I decided to give PSA a try. This is my first purchase from PSA and it will not be my last. Thanks guys. |
| I forgot I had started this thread. The other parts arrived via USPS within a few days of my call. I would have preferred everything had been in the one box, but the problem was promptly fixed. No complaints from me about their customer service and my second order of many with them was just placed. |

I don't know what the hell is going on there. Close to 2 months ago I placed a AR parts order. All was in stock. 1 1/2 to 2 weeks later I get the order with 3 or 4 items missing. Been so long can't remember exactly. Order # 100071075 Invoice showed charged for all and all checked off and should be in box. I think this is close to how it went: Contacted them and was very polite. Love PSA and want them to do well. They apologized and said rest would be sent. Week later 1 of the 4 parts showed up. No explanation regarding status of rest of parts. I wasn't in a huge hurry for these parts to complete a build so wasn't too concerned.
Contacted again and politely inquired about the rest. Gave detailed info on stock numbers of missing parts. They responded quickly. I was assured they would correct this and they were polite and apologized. Still have a Magpul grip and two rail sections coming. Another week goes by and the grip shows up. No explanation regarding the rest. Politely contacted again. One of the two rail sections shows up week or two later. No info on remaining rail. Politely contact yet again. They apologized and assured me the final rail would be on its way. That was about 2 weeks ago. I've place a couple ammo and other parts orders from them during that time and received them. Still haven't seen the rail section from almost 2 months ago. Last weekend I placed a large order with Rainier Arms instead. Didn't want to risk this nightmare again. I just went ahead and ordered 5 rail sections so I could use one to finish build and have some extras. That order arrived in 4 days with everything I ordered. still no word or package from PSA. I have been one of there biggest supporters and will continue to buy uppers but no more other parts and accessories till they make some big improvements. I'm sure this will get resolved to my satisfaction but I can no longer recommend PSA to my friends for anything but uppers. Almost every small part order I've made has had a screw up. Contact was easily made each time and they were polite. They "used" to fix the problem quickly. Apparently not any more. Wish them the best at fixing thier organization issues. |
