well some of us have our lowers (7.62) but my question is. does anyone have any info when we will get our uppers for the beauties?

i'm kind of surprised we have yet to see a complete tobr (scobr) rifle. i would suggest they start pumping complete rifles because the orders just don't seem to stop. they would be shipping lowers for the next couple months maybe.
