hello, a few months ago I sent you my DPMS 308 to have some custom work done, you cut the 24" barrel, and threaded it, re-profiled it and installed the Badger Ord FTE brake then, refinished the whole thing and assembled it with the DPMS free float tube, I am very happy with the way it came out it looks great, just last week I finally got my hands on 2 DPMS BCG's to complete this prodject and a 16" version that I built, the problem is on the 24" version the bolt will not seat, I thought great I must have gotten a bad BCG so I pulled the one out of the 16" and it did the same thing, it hits the chamber and will not seat. I checked the head spacing and it seems to be ok, if I remove the bolt from the carrier it will seat fine, it seems as if the timing is off on the extension. What do I do, can I send it back to you guys to take a look at it?

Please help, I have been working on getting this build together for 2 years now, I have finally gotten all the parts together, and now this. HELP

I can e-mail you pics if it helps.

Yes, you can send it to us, and we will take a look at it. However, that could be an issue, since we do NOT move the barrel extension. It is installed by DPMS with the alignment pin installed. So, let's hope it's something easy.

If we find it is something we did, we will let you know, and cover all repairs and shipping. If we find it is a DPMS issue, return shipping will be charged. So, if you would like to return it to us to look at, please email me, [email protected] for arrangements. Thank you.
