I just logged on to my SS account to check the status of my order. When I go to "My Transfers" it keeps giving me an error message. Is your system down currently?

I got "an error has occurred" when I tried this morning. Figured I would just wait a day or two and try again, not like I expect that anything has changed.

Same for me yesterday and today.  Sounds like just a website issue.  I'm sure they'll square it away soon.

I try not to check it because it just drives me crazy, but I'd guess I'm about the same.  I tried yesterday and got it again, don't remember the last time I checked it.

Silencer Shop's IT Deptartment seems to be able to add new products to the main page and also make updates and posts on various other pages of their website

However, the "My Transfers" is still down 2+ months?

yep, I wondered the same thing myself......I had to call to get updates on the last two suppressors I purchased a few months back....no updates or emails.....worries me about the chances of getting an email from them when it's been approved....

SS submits the F4 for your dealer, but the approval notification will come from your local dealer.

Yeah, I'm coming up on 2 months now since I bought my can, and they haven't even started the form 4, not to mention as you say I have no way of knowing anything about my form 3.  I'm completely in the dark

You won't get an email from them when it's approved, because they'll have no idea it happened. Your local dealer receives the stamp, not SS. Once SS ships it to local dealer, it's out of their hands and you'll need to check with local dealer (who should notify you when they receive the approved form.

This was for purchases prior to August 2015 when we changed our business model. The page you are looking at is something that will be updated once we have some reporting from the FFL's. Because the page still tracks form 3's accurately we didn't want to take it down.

It will still tell us when the check has been cashed and such right?  I know beyond that it's kinda hard to know where the ATF is on anything other than people and dealers posting when form 4's are approved, which isn't a exact science.

What's really starting to worry me is I'm seeing some Feb/Mar Form 4s/trust coming back but the ATF Wait Times at SS still shows the last ones are for Jan.  Is this not updating either?  I sure hope so

That page is not updated since we don't receive but a few form 4's a year now. The dealer receives the approved form 4 now.

Im 8 weeks in from purchase, and my alpha will be at my dealer thursday, not a peep on a form 4 yet

you might have to call to get your "check cashed date", they will be happy to help..
