| Any recommendation for a short "body" 5th wheel that can sleep six? Something in sub-25' range, as all of our camping is boondocking and I like to have the option to get into some tighter spots. Rear kitchen would be best. |

Not quite 25’, but look into the smallest Alliance Avenues, the Reflection 100 series 22RK, possibly the Willcat 23RK, and the Arcadia 21SRK (I believe that’s the right model designator). |

I could be wrong, but if you can find a storage facility in one of the counties with better or no property tax assessment then you avoid that because it isn’t “garaged” in your county. I know many of my customers talk about that. Obviously check with the county first. |

I want to go a little shorter, closer to 30, more of a couples towable with an outside kitchen. I didn't think I was going to like it at first, but being able to fry stuff that would smell up the inside, wash dishes outside and a small second fridge is incredibly handy. |

I have a permanant campsite lot with a carport. Currently have Freedom Express 320BHDS 2014. Looking at a Destination camper, as we dont go anywhere anymoe. Puma 402LFT 2025. I would like to get ine with residential toilet, but I understand you have to pay cash, as a bank won't finance. This isn't a deal breaker, as I can pay cash. Have to special order and be 6 to 8 weeks. I just really like the id3a of not having to dump and flush tanks My current camper has some issues, but i am hoping I can still trade it in. Any expwriwnce with this model? Seems like every camper store is overflowing with inventory, how much should i ask for a discount. |

I sold them for about five years and never had any real issues with them. If you have the patience, you can sell your current camper for a fair bit more if you want to do it yourself. I wouldn’t expect the dealer to give a ton for it, even though it’s a good brand. I’d shoot for 28-30% off MSRP, that would get into the fair range. Some dealers give big discounts on orders to move units and some want a premium. |

Kudos to you for being in the RV sales industry this long. The few times I had to go back to Camping World since I bought my camper in 2020, I don't believe the sales or other/management staff has been the same any time I've been there. I just known that my next purchase will not be from CW. At the rate I'm going, I'll still be tugging my Grey Wolf 26 DBH for a while longer anyway. In the process of dreaming of one day getting a 5'er, I've heard horror stories about buying experiences at most other big national dealers. Maybe I'm better off with what I have! |

A lot of guys don’t understand how cyclical the business is and burn out fairly quickly as soon as the first dip hits. I married into an rv industry family so I knew what life would look like. If you approach the career as just selling big toys that no one actually needs, it helps. What is something shorter, dual axle, and has a bigger shower. I might have to travel for work for a little while and am not sure where to even begin. I have a Ram 2500 Cummins so it should be able to tow anything in a length I'd want to deal with. I could either bumper tow or set up for gooseneck style but have a canopy on it currently. I'd prefer a smaller trailer if it comes with larger water tanks (fresh, grey, black) capacity to allow more time between having to dump it. Reality is I'd be working longer days and want to just cook dinner (two burner stoves) and watch some TV on the couch after work. It'd be really cool if it was set up with hookups for one of those combo single unit washer/dryers my wife and I got to use while we were in Australia. I have zero RV experience but don't want to start with something 40' long. I have two kids that wouldn't be coming along while I have to travel for work but I'd like them to be able to use it when I'm "home". Do I want a unicorn or do they make something like that? |
