I've got a Kelty MAP 3500 and it's great.  I've also got an Eberlestock LoDrag, it's great too - just a tad bigger than the Kelty.

Both a great packs though.

I test a lot of packs for work and I keep coming back to the Arc'Teryx Axios 50.  It weighs nothing compared to most packs, is well laid out, and extremely comfortable.

The waist belt on the 3100 is too flimsy.  I don't know about the 2600.

The MAP 3500 is a nice pack.  3100 = 3100ci.  3500 = 35liters

( I lived out of this one for two weeks in China, a week in Belize, and numerous trips around the US.  Looks like a suitcase, has both handle and carry strap, easy to check on airlines, and when you arrive, undo a few zippers and the suspension system pops out.  Removable day pack for your carryon.
