Anybody seen these. Very interesting. Maybe for a short term non permanent BOL. that site is so full of shit.. no one really lives in tents anymore. tents are ALWAYS a temporary measure. Also the the fundamental premise of that site is flawed. "cans" are no safer than tents...period. 5.56 will punch right through them like they werent even there and I assure you so will mortars and the 107mm haji rockets. the idea that the can offers more protection to the troops is total bullshit. they are easier to clean, easier to erect and thats IT!!! The SF has embrassed ISO living for a longtime. some members here have posted pics of their connex projects. |
