I just pulled a pound of ground beef out of the fridge with no plans, and my wife is hoping for me to have dinner prepared tonight (she's busy after work w/ a bunch of other stuff).
Any suggestions?

We've been working through our ground Elk meat.
The wife has been making some meatballs lately and they're awesome. Wish I had the recipe to share.
