I've been hunting ducks casually with my dad for the last fifteen years or so, but just started getting seriously into it this season.  Picked up a couple new calls and started practicing with them.  I'm pretty comfortable with the calls, except for one issue I'm encountering.  Every time I try to blow a feeder call or a chuckle, the call seems to squeak.  I've tried a number of different calls, single- and double-reed, and I get the same result.  From the CDs and videos I've seen on calling, I never hear this.  I've tried blowing harder or softer, different mouth positions, etc.  Any suggestions?

Try some different hand positions. Your hand shape over the end of the call will change the back pressure and cause different tones or sounds.
There's a lot of variables in making the reed happy.

To be honest with you, when I do a feed gaddle or feed call, I hardly blow into the call.  I try to mimick the "T" sound as fast as I can through the call and the amount of air that generates is enough to make the call work.  It is much easier for me to make this call through a single reed because it is much raspier, but a double reed will make a lower sound.  Try making the sound without trying to blow into the call at the same time; you could be blowing too much air into the call not allowing the reed or reeds to vibrate off each other slow enough.  Hope this makes sense, and good luck!

could be closing and "holding" your lips too tightly. A squeal is what some rice field hunters down hear strive to acheive, as it imitates the sound a duck makes when he is full of rice. So try relaxing your lips and see if it works.
