I may be trying to make something out of unobtainium

I'd like to wear my basic emergency kit on a pistol belt setup w/2-3 small pouches (non bigger than M16 mag holder w/two granades type) but my second line gear in my pack has a large non removable (or pita to remove) belt that wants to occupy the same space as my pistol belt/pouch set up...

does anyone have a working set up like this?

I'd rather not go to thigh drops, but that's all I can really come up with at this time since I don't know all the soft gear out there.

Thanks

This or something like it

The idea when I bought one was an emergency kit that I could tack on any belt without having problems from a pack belt.

You might talk to this guy - he's not far from me and will custom make or modify anything - he's a retired Airborne First Sgt and builds this stuff in his little shop behind his house.

Exactly what I was thinking, this pouch or the same thing made by TAG, LBT, would work fine.

I've got one of the thigh pocket organizers loaded up that I usually keep there for Every Day Carry, I just don't like the bouncing around on my thigh (hence not likeing drop leg pouches)... maybe I just don't wear my BDU's as tight as you spandexboy....

I may just make a couple short drop loops for my trail rig...

Thanks for all the ideas folks!!!
