Just picked up a Foretrex 801 and really like it. Anyone else get one and pick up screen protectors or cases for one?
Used it with a surveyor this past weekend and anxious to see if it'll get me back to the markers. |

How did you make out with your new 801?
I leave mine as it came out of the package, strapped around a backpack strap when I'm out hiking. Leaps and bounds better than the 401 it replaced (but still gets used too). Using the app really makes it a convenient package for setting and getting waypoints, routes, and whatnot. |

I never did find a screen protector I liked.
I basically just use it like it came as well. There are some cool airsoft cases for the other models that have a built in strap/case that I might look into. |

My son (in Kuwait) has one, I picked one up as well. All I added was a better wrist strap...I need to use it more!
