Just made up something like 17 pounds of bunkhouse bacon. Have it curing now and it should be ready to smoke in 8-10 days. Anyone make anything similar?

yeap , very close to what was posted, but you use a shoulder, loin or ham instead of Belly. I pulled it from the cure and start the smoke Tuesday.
